The Documentation and Credit Specialist position is designed for an individual with derivative and documentation experience, and with experience in the financial industry. This individual will be able to perform their responsibilities with moderate oversight and has a strong capability to engage with PCBB’s client institutions and internal partners. This position reports to a Senior Documentation Specialist and will work closely with PCBB’s BLP team. This individual will have the opportunity to grow in the derivatives documentation team and learn more about BLP. 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Support a team of high-performing specialists for PCBB’s BLP team. This includes providing concise and pro-active communication to the BLP team, especially regarding the status of active transactions. 
  • Communicate with client institutions regarding the status of credit approvals. 
  • Track and confirm receipt of executed versions of all loan documents. This includes running monthly SalesForce reports to ensure all Trade Ticketed, Amended and Terminated deals are accurately documented in PCBB’s document storage system(s) (AccuSystems).
  • Prepare Bloomberg LEI third party authorization forms, register LEI’s on behalf of the borrower and follow up with supporting documents as needed from Bloomberg.
  •  Provide BLP portal support and maintenance as it relates to customer bank and lender onboarding.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to ensure that all time zones are supported.
  • Enhance and update PCBB’s Salesforce system (alongside PCBB’s Salesforce Administrator) to continually improve the BLP process, as needed.
  • Provide administrator-level support to the BLP derivative operations team, as needed. 
  • Perform document audit projects or assist with other special projects, as needed.
  • Stay current on all banking regulatory training requirements and derivatives regulations.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • B.S. College degree in finance, economics or related field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in the financial industry with emphasis on derivatives and documentation or similar environment.
