Marketing Intern Seasonal Winter/Spring

PCBB, a banker’s bank serving community financial institutions across the country, is looking for a dedicated Marketing Intern to join our team to support new and ongoing marketing efforts. This is a remote role, but the PCBB team is closely connected through regular virtual, and occasional in-person, meetings that help foster innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to create engaging and professional videos for promotional or educational purposes.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage and audio, ensuring content aligns with PCBB branding guidelines.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and other visual elements to elevate the quality of marketing videos.
- Edit and review scripts.
- Craft compelling post content in line with product and company branding.
- Design visually appealing graphics for social messaging on LinkedIn.
- Research other ways to enhance our messaging to encourage more engagement with our audience.
- Utilize Canva.com or other graphic design software to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all visual elements.
- Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining Marketing’s database.
- Work with marketing analytics tools to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Engage in collaborative projects to support overall marketing objectives.
- Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
- Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition, or Vegas Pro)
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with posting on LinkedIn and other social channels
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- This internship requires a commitment of between 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility to set a mutually agreed-upon schedule that aligns with both the candidate’s schedule and PCBB needs.
