Josh Latina
Josh has over 15 years of experience in correspondent banking and financial institutions. In his role at PCBB, he cultivates lasting relationships with financial institution customers, helping them identify and source the right loan solutions for their needs.
Prior to joining PCBB, Josh worked at NexBank, where he established and led the Financials Institutions Group, focusing on investment-grade holding company loans and institutional deposits. He has also held a series of executive roles in lending at several correspondent banks, focusing on managing high-value portfolios and driving loan growth.
Josh earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. He also graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a focus in business banking. Josh served as a member of the board of directors for the Georgia Bankers Association’s Young Bankers Leadership for over five years, as well as the Georgia Bankers Association’s Leadership GBA Executive Committee.
